McCortex OI collects feedback directly from people who use the workspace, and this page explains how that feedback reaches us, how we present it, and what to keep in mind as you read it. The intent is straightforward: give prospective users a realistic sense of what current users experience, without dressing it up as something it is not. Nothing on this page is independent research, and nothing here is a substitute for trying the workspace yourself.
How feedback reaches us and how it is presented
Customer feedback arrives through a few channels: in-app prompts after someone has been using a strategy for a while, direct messages to support, and occasional outreach where we ask longer-term users to describe their experience in their own words. We do not pay for testimonials, and we do not edit the substance of what someone tells us, though we may trim a quote for length or remove details that would identify the person without their consent.
What you read on this page and in the reviews section of the site is a curated sample of that feedback, not a full transcript of every message we receive. We choose examples that speak to specific, recurring themes, so a reader can quickly understand what kind of comments come up again and again rather than scrolling through duplicates. Where a comment mentions a feature by name, a strategy category, or a part of the interface, we have generally left that language as the user wrote it. Where a comment references a number, a dollar figure, or an outcome, treat it as one person’s account of their own activity, not as data verified by McCortex OI or by anyone else. We do not audit trading history before publishing a quote, and we do not attach star averages or aggregate scores that might read as an independent rating, because that is not what this page is.

Many users comment on how little friction there is between deciding to try a strategy and having it running, since the library of tested strategies in McCortex OI can be deployed without writing code. We select which comments to publish, so this page cannot function as a neutral sample of every user’s experience, and a reader looking for that kind of assessment should treat it as one input among several, alongside the product pages and their own trial of the workspace.
